This website is operated by Vivre Beauty Studio, INC, an esthetics studio located at 7147 Lindley Ave, Reseda, CA 91335. You can reach us any time at info@vivrebeautystudio.com.

Information we collect

We only collect information you give us directly. When you book an appointment we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you selected, your appointment date and time, and any notes you choose to add. If you purchase a gift card we collect the purchaser and recipient names, email addresses, and your gift message. If you submit a studio chair rental inquiry we collect your name, email address, preferred rental dates, and Instagram link. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use your information

We use your information to schedule, confirm, remind you about, and manage your appointments, to process deposits and gift card purchases, to answer questions you send us, and to keep basic client records for your future visits.

SMS / text message communications

When you voluntarily provide your phone number and opt in, Vivre Beauty Studio, INC may send you SMS communications such as appointment reminders, appointment updates, scheduling messages, and occasional promotions or special offers related to the studio.

• SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency may vary.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages.
• You can reply HELP for assistance.
• Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

If you opt out of text messages, we will still email you the appointment information you need, and you can continue to book normally.

Service providers

We share information only with the vendors that make this website and studio run: our hosting and database provider, Stripe for payment processing, our email delivery provider, and our messaging platform for text notifications. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not buy or sell leads or consent.

Data retention and security

We keep appointment and client records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations. Access to those records is limited to the studio owner through a password-protected admin area.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing info@vivrebeautystudio.com. You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
